Feel Good to Die is a Korean drama that recently arrived on MX Player, and honestly, it turned out to be a decent time-pass watch. I wasn't expecting anything special, but it ended up being more entertaining than I thought.
MX Player has been adding a lot of Asian content lately, and one thing I actually like is that they don't always reveal everything in advance.
Sometimes it's fun not knowing what surprise show might appear next.
One of those recent additions is Feel Good to Die, a Korean drama that has been dubbed and released on the platform.
The series has 16 episodes and is based on a time-loop concept.
The story follows a woman who absolutely cannot stand her boss. Frustrated with him, she wishes that he would die. But soon after making that wish, something unexpected happens.
She gets trapped inside a time loop.
At the same time, she starts regretting what she wished for and realizes she may have a chance to change what happens.
The rest of the series focuses on whether she can save her boss and whether both of them can escape the loop.
What I liked most is that the show never takes itself too seriously.
It mixes the time-loop concept with workplace comedy, light drama, and the constant back-and-forth between the boss and employee. Their interactions are easily the most enjoyable part of the series.
The story itself is fairly predictable, and if you've already watched a lot of time-loop dramas, especially similar Asian shows, you will probably recognize many of the ideas.
But the presentation keeps things entertaining.
There are several funny moments, some enjoyable supporting characters, and enough mystery to keep you watching.
This isn't the kind of drama that will completely blow your mind.
It's more of a relaxing, easy-to-watch series when you're looking for something fun without getting emotionally exhausted.
If you're new to time-loop dramas, I think you'll enjoy it more.
If you've already watched a lot of similar shows, you may find it average.
For me, it was a decent watch that did exactly what it was trying to do.
Rating: 6/10
