Happiness K-Drama Review: One of the Best Zombie Survival Series You Might Have Missed | Happiness Korean zombie drama

"Happiness" is a Korean thriller series about two longtime friends who find themselves trapped inside an apartment building during a deadly zombie outbreak. Happiness K-Drama Review: One of the Best Zombie Survival Series You Might Have Missed | Happiness Korean zombie drama

I finally watched "Happiness", and honestly, I wish I had started it sooner.

The story follows two friends who have known each other since their school days. Years later, both are working in different government departments and living very different lives. But everything changes when a mysterious drug begins turning people into violent infected monsters.

Most of the series takes place inside a large apartment complex where residents suddenly find themselves trapped and cut off from the outside world.

What makes "Happiness" stand out is that it isn't just about zombies.

Yes, the infected are dangerous and create plenty of tense moments, but the real focus is often on the people trapped inside the building. Their fears, selfish decisions, relationships, and survival instincts become just as important as the outbreak itself.

The series hooked me from the very first episode. The tension builds quickly, and the apartment setting creates a constant feeling that things could fall apart at any moment.

I also liked how the infected are handled. They feel different from the typical zombies we see in many other shows, which helps the series create its own identity.

Another strength is the writing. Alongside the survival story, the show explores friendships, trust, social divisions, and even a contract marriage storyline. All of these elements are balanced surprisingly well and make the characters feel more real.

Visually, the series looks great. The cinematography, color grading, and overall atmosphere add a lot to the experience.

That said, it isn't perfect.

If you're expecting nonstop zombie action from beginning to end, some episodes may feel slower than expected. The middle section occasionally loses momentum, and the ending didn't have the same impact for me as some of the stronger episodes earlier in the series.

Still, those issues never stopped me from enjoying it.

If you enjoyed shows like All of Us Are Dead, Sweet Home, Kingdom, or the movie Train to Busan, there's a very good chance you'll enjoy "Happiness" as well.

Rating: 8/10

For me, this was a highly entertaining series with strong characters, intense survival situations, and enough memorable moments to keep me invested until the end.

Which do you enjoy more in zombie stories — the infected themselves, or watching how ordinary people react when society starts falling apart?

Star City is a new sci-fi series that asks one fascinating question: What if the Soviet Union reached the Moon before America?

Star City is a new sci-fi series that asks one fascinating question: What if the Soviet Union reached the Moon before America? I just finished the first two episodes of Star City , and if you're into science fiction, alternate history, space exploration, political intrigue, or secret missions, this is exactly the kind of show that grabs your attention. The series is connected to For All Mankind , but you don't need to watch that show first. You can jump straight into Star City without any problems. The idea is simple but incredibly interesting. Instead of America making history with the first Moon landing, the Soviet Union gets there first. And that's where everything changes. This isn't really a story about reaching the Moon. It's a story about what happens after that victory. The space race becomes bigger. The Cold War becomes more intense. Governments become more suspicious. And everyone starts fighting for the future. One thing I really enjoyed is that the serie...

Disclosure Day Review: Steven Spielberg's Slow-Burn Alien Mystery Explained | is Disclosure Day worth watching | Disclosure Day spoiler free review

"Disclosure Day" is a science fiction movie about first contact, hidden secrets, and what happens when humanity realizes it may not be alone. I watched "Disclosure Day", mainly because it's a new film from legendary director Steven Spielberg. The story begins with a weather reporter who suddenly starts speaking in a completely unknown language during a live broadcast. From there, the movie connects human-alien contact, cybersecurity threats, global fears, and personal emotions into one larger mystery. At first, I honestly had no idea where the story was going. The opening section feels intentionally confusing, and it takes some time before all the pieces start coming together. Once the movie settles into its main story, it becomes much easier to follow. What I liked most is that this isn't a typical alien invasion movie. It focuses less on destruction and action and more on how people react when they discover something bigger than themselves may be watching....

He-Man: Master of the Universe Review – A Fun Fantasy Adventure Even for Newcomers

He-Man: Master of the Universe is a fun fantasy superhero movie that works surprisingly well even if you know nothing about He-Man. I went into He-Man: Master of the Universe without any connection to the character. I never watched the cartoons. I never read the comics. I knew almost nothing about the franchise. And honestly, that didn't matter. The movie is easy to follow and does a good job introducing the world to new viewers. The story follows a young prince who is forced to leave his home planet after a powerful villain takes control. Sent away for his own safety, he loses a very important weapon during his journey and spends years trying to find it again. That's the basic setup. What impressed me most was the world-building. Once the movie starts exploring its fantasy locations and larger universe, it becomes visually impressive. Some of the environments are genuinely beautiful and gave me the same sense of adventure that big fantasy movies are supposed to create. The ac...
