I watched "Disclosure Day", mainly because it's a new film from legendary director Steven Spielberg. The story begins with a weather reporter who suddenly starts speaking in a completely unknown language during a live broadcast. From there, the movie connects human-alien contact, cybersecurity threats, global fears, and personal emotions into one larger mystery. At first, I honestly had no idea where the story was going. The opening section feels intentionally confusing, and it takes some time before all the pieces start coming together. Once the movie settles into its main story, it becomes much easier to follow. What I liked most is that this isn't a typical alien invasion movie. It focuses less on destruction and action and more on how people react when they discover something bigger than themselves may be watching....
